I have been stuck on the same number for too long. Need some fresh faces to follow.
Cutting out stupid foods that are making me big. Cheese is a bye bye, which is sad. But i want to stop eating it for a while and try and moderate the amount. Means, no eating out. No takeaways, no chocolate, no cake, no dr pepper. I have been eating pretty bad recently. I need to sort it out. Practically going to be eating vegetables , fruit and quorn„, and milk and butter for dairy. And i am still over 13 stones. Sucks. Sorry.
